This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) outlines how Blue Sky Tree Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). This Notice applies to all personal data under our control, including data handled by third parties authorized by us for collection, usage, disclosure, or processing.

Examples of personal data include your name, contact number, and email address. Terms not explicitly defined here take their meaning from the PDPA.

- where permitted or required by law

As required to fulfill obligations related to the provision of requested goods and services.
Withdrawing Consent

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we may require reasonable time to process your request, typically within seven (7) business days. Depending on the scope of your request, we will inform you of any consequences, including potential impacts on our ability to provide goods or services

Access and Correction of Personal Data
You may request to:
- Access your personal data or information on how it has been used/disclosed.
- Correct or update your personal data.
Submit such requests in writing to our DPO. A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests, and we will inform you of this fee before proceeding. Requests will be addressed within seven (7) business days, or thirty (30) days in complex cases.

We implement robust measures to safeguard personal data, including administrative, physical, and technical safeguards such as:
- Limited data collection and need-to-know access controls.
- Password-protected systems and data encryption.
- Regular updates to operating systems and security protocols.
- While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we continually review and enhance our measures to protect your data.
Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Once retention is no longer necessary, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore
